This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send the inquiry form or message us, we receive your name, email, phone number, nationality and what you write about your plans. We do not ask for passport or identity documents through the website.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, perform the service. We do not sell personal data. Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, our form provider.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become a project are deleted after 24 months. Client files are kept for as long as Vietnamese accounting and tax law requires.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled, it only runs after you agree in the cookie banner, and IP addresses are anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We handle personal data in line with Vietnam's personal data protection rules.
